Built on a Love of Cooking

In 2014, Nick and his wife, Kerri, started camping at Timberline RV Resort and quickly fell in love with the area. They camped there for four years, and in 2018 they decided to look for land to buy so they could spend even more time in a place they had grown to love. In 2023, Nick and Kerri decided to make the move permanent and call this community home.Nick has always had a passion for cooking, and for bringing people together over great food. Family and friends have long raved about his meals and encouraged him to turn his talent into something bigger. With Kerri’s support, he decided to do what he loves most: cook for people.This food truck was created to share Nick’s Italian-American inspired comfort food, all scratch-made, packed with bold flavors, and made with the same heart and care he’s always brought to the kitchen. Every dish is homemade, satisfying, and meant to be shared.
